Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid Neurodevhub Digital training seats confirmed by invoice or written enrolment confirmation. Website prices are informational; payments occur off-site.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if you cancel before the cohort start date stated in your confirmation, or if we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date. Partial attendance after the start date usually qualifies only for a partial credit as described below.

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive in writing at least seven calendar days before the first scheduled live session. Requests inside that window are reviewed case by case and may result in a partial refund or seat transfer.

Full and partial refunds

• Full refund — cancellation at least seven days before start, or cohort cancelled by us without a mutually accepted reschedule.
• Partial refund — up to 50% if you withdraw after the first live session but before the third, provided materials access is revoked.
• No cash refund after the third live session; a seat credit for a later cohort within six months may be offered at our discretion.

Non-refundable items

Third-party platform fees, custom dataset preparation billed separately, completed private workshops that already ran, and administrative bank transfer charges retained by payment processors are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@neurodevhub.digital with your full name, invoice number, course name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, typically within fourteen business days after approval. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution. We do not issue cash refunds at the Tai Kok Tsui office.

Cancellation by Neurodevhub Digital

If we cancel for instructor illness or under-enrolment, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or visa denials for travel-dependent intakes may receive additional flexibility. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may delay resolution.
